Each year Dorchester School District Two is required under federal law to conduct a pupil survey to count how many students are “federally connected”. The school system receives funding from the federal government based on the number of “federally connected” students. Completing this form will assist our district in receiving funding. Parents are encouraged to fill out and return surveys to schools promptly. Non-response could result in the loss of millions of dollars in federal funds that benefit both our school district and local communities. Even if you are not federally connected, please fill out this card and return it promptly. Funds can be used for teacher salaries, school programs, materials, equipment and supplies. Every card that is not returned will result in lost revenues to classrooms statewide. Thank you.
