How it works...

Students are selected for admission into the program during thier 10th grade year.  Students may be recommended by a teacher, counselor, or administrator, or they may refer themselves. 

 

During second semester of their 10th grade year, students must apply to the program and earn qualifying COMPASS scores.  Applications are provided by your school counselor, and the COMPASS test is offered at no charge at ARHS. 

 

Students will be required to complete on course during the summer between 10th and 11th grade.  This course is typically one day per week for approximately one month. 

 

Students will complete ll remaining coursework in a block format (two periods per day) throughout the 11th and 12th grade year.
