 ACT Student Champion Scholarship- December 31, 2017

  • $500 award
  • Current graduation senior that has taken the ACT
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum ACT score of 22
  • Preference given to underrepresented and/or first-generation college students

 

ADK Upsilon Scholarship- March 1, 2018

  • Current Ashley Ridge High School senior
  • Intended Education major

 

AES Engineering Scholarship- October 6th, 2018

  • $500 award
  • High school seniors planning to attend a post secondary educational institution

 

AFCEA Scholarship- March 28, 2018

  • $3000- 10-15 awards
  • Current Dorchester, Charleston, or Berkeley County high school senior
  • US citizen
  • Planning to pursue a Bachelor of Science in a STEM field

 

Albert A Glover Funeral Home Scholarship- April 13, 2018

  • $1000
  • Current Dorchester County high school senior
  • Plans to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school full-time
  • Financial need

 

Alex Rosche Memorial Scholarship- March 23, 2018

  • $1000
  • Current IEP, 504, psychologial evaluation/re-evaluation within the last 3 years, or medical evaluation
  • Current senior with plans for post-secondary education/training

 

American Legion Department of SC Oratorical Scholarship- January 24, 2018

  • $2000 to the 1st place winner at the state level
  • $18,000 to the 1st place winner at the national level
  • 'A Constitutional Speech Contest"
  • Currently enrolled in grades 9th-12th

 

Ashley Ridge Athletic Booster Club Scholarship- April 16, 2018

  • $500 
  • Ashley Ridge High School graduating senior
  • Participated for a full season of at least one school team during their senior year
  • Plans to attend a post-secondary institution

 

ASQ Charleston Student Scholarship- April 15, 2018

  • Minimum of $500
  • Current high school senior in good standing
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5
  • 3-5 page essay

 

AXA Achievement Scholarship- December 5, 2017

  • Current high school senior planning to enroll in a 2-year or 4-year instiution
  • Legal resident
  • Applicant judged on ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, community, or work-related activities

Baker Moter Company Scholarship- May 11, 2018

  • $1200 award
  • Current high school senior
  • Entrepreneurship class graduate
  • Plans to attend Trident Technical College and enroll in Automotive Technology

Blanche R. Dudley Character Scholarship- April 15, 2018

  • Current high school junior
  • Must live in Dorchester, Charleston, or Berkeley County
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75
  • 3-5 minute video on student's character 

 

Berlin G. Myers Scholarship- March 23, 2018

  • Up to $3000
  • Current IEP, 504, psychological evaluation/re-evaluation within the last 3 years, or medical evaluation
  • Current high school senior planning to attend a 4-year post-secondary education/training

 

Bill Hall Culinary Entrepreneurship- April 20, 2018

  • $2500
  • Current high school senior and Entrepreneurship graduate
  • Plans to attend The Culinary Institue of Trident Technical College

  • $1400 (over 4 years)
  • Current high school senior
  • United States citizen and South Carolina resident
  • Satisfactory academic progress

  • One or both parents deceased

 

Cameron Cox Memorial Scholarship- April 20, 2018

  • $500 (2 awards)
  • Current Ashley Ridge senior in good standing
  • Member of the Ashley Ridge football team
  • Plans to attend an accredited 2-year of 4-year technical school, college,or university

  • United States citizen
  • Current high school senior
  • Proof of acceptance into an engineering or technology curriculum at an accredited institution

  • Natural resource major (wildlife biology, fisheries biology, forestry, or marine science)
  • Student must maintain a 2.5 GPA or above

 

Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholarship- March 30, 2018

  • $500-$5000 based on need
  • Current high school senior of Hispanic heritage
  • US citizen, permanent legal resident, DACA, or eligible non-citizen (as defined by FAFSA)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Plan to enroll in full-time accredited 4 year university
