Beaumont ISD is implementing a new incentive program for the 2016-2017 school year. Incentives will be available for new hires and current employees for the following:
- Critical Shortage Areas
- “Hard to Fill” Campuses
- Teacher Referrals (Current BISD employees only)
The Retired-Rehired Teacher program is also a new concept that offers a competitive salary and incentives for eligible retirees. BISD is actively seeking to rehire exemplary retired teachers in critical shortage subject areas and at specific schools.
