1. Grades 9-11, will have a 3% increase in the number of learners who are achieving close to or above benchmark determined by the spring PSAT/SAT.
2. Implement Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies as measured by being 70% implemented according to the Team Implementation Checklist.
3. Classroom activities/lessons shall be engaging for learners. Learners want to come to school because learning is applicable to them.
4. Provide professional growth opportunities. Each teacher will conduct at least one peer observation within the district and reflections with their cohorts.
