TLC3 Orientation, Agreement, and Distribution Information

For parents/students who have a district device or want to be issued a district device.

  • If your child HAS A DISTRICT DEVICE or you WANT A DISTRICT DEVICE to be issued to your child, 

  • If your child has a district device, and you want to turn it in,
    • You may pay any outstanding balances at your child's campus.
    • Return the device and accessories (USB cable, adapter, and case) to your child’s school


Your child is not required to obtain a device to participate in TLC3Students may bring their own device.



The primary guardian listed in Skyward Family Access must have the items below.

Step 2 - TLC3 Agreement form-   English agreement or Spanish agreement

Step 3 - TLCDistribution - To be determined at each campus.


NOTEIf you paid for the 2014-2015 Replacement Benefit Program, this program ended August 31, 2015.  If a student breaks his or her device, they have the option to fix it at their own expense, return it or bring their own device.
