  • 2015-2016: All Students who have a district issued mobile device or wish to receive a device should download, print, sign, and return the English agreement form or Spanish agreement form to the student's campus.

  • NOTE: If you paid for the 2014-2015 Replacement Benefit Program, this program ended August 31, 2015.  If a student breaks his or her device, they have the option to fix it at their own expense, return it to their campus or bring their own device.

  • Contact your campus for further assistance.
