Facilities Management and Operations
Facilities management is responsible for the operation and maintenance of classrooms, laboratory, cafeterias, offices,
athletic, and other ancillary facilities in Williamsburg County
New construction, renovation, and maintenance functions are accomplished with in-house talent including carpentry and
cabinetry, painting, locksmith, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, groundskeeping, grounds construction, welding, and
Design, energy management, transportation, refuse collection
and recycling are in-house services also provided by Facilities Management. We support the educational process by assisting
in the design, fabrication, and construction of student and staff facilities.
