Athletic Applications, Brochures & More Information

Each student must have a complete registration & medical physical form on file BEFORE trying out for a sport. Your medical physical form is good for 24 consecutive months, the registration portion is good for one school year. You’ll also need to complete a release for each sport and the concussion information form 
Academic Requirements
During the particular sport season, students must maintain a 2.0 academic average each week with no more than one core subject (math, reading, writing, social studies, or science) having a sub-2.0 grade in order to be eligible to participate in that week’s game, match or meet. Each coach will work with each team regarding academic requirements. All progress reports must have been reviewed and signed by a designated administrator of a school prior to sending them to that week’s game. If more than one game is scheduled in a week, the process need only happen once.
