Craig Hubbell - Director of Human Resources
As director of human resources, I am responsible for recruitment, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of district employees. Furthermore, I administer compensation and benefit programs and oversee policies pertaining to various employee groups. Prior to joining the district, I was a Spanish teacher for ten years in the Mequon-Thiensville School District, worked as staff counsel at the Wisconsin Association of School Boards, and was the director of human resources in the Baraboo School District. Dean Nemoir - Supervisor of Human Resources 
I have worked for the Wauwatosa School District since 1998. I was an administrator at both the elementary and secondary level in the district for 17 years, before my current position as Supervisor of Human Resources. I am excited about being on the front end of attracting and retaining the best staff for our community. Please contact our department with any questions you may have. 
Deb McDowell - Human Resources Specialist
I have been a part of Wauwatosa for many years as a resident, parent, and community volunteer. I have volunteered as a ticket coordinator for the Recreation Department's Children's Theater and at the Firefly Art Festival. I have worked alongside many of you fund raising at a concession stand during ball games, at Miller Park, as well as Hart Park for the 4th of July. I came to the Human Resources Department in 2008 and have enjoyed being part of a team of very hard working individuals. We are all here to ensure that our students learn and excel to their highest level in a constantly changing world. The Wauwatosa School District is both dedicated and  forward thinking in their approach to learning and YOU and I are part of that legacy. I am both proud and honored to be a part of such a dedicated and wonderful educational community of learners. 

Keller Russell - Communications Coordinator

As Communications Coordinator, my role is to tell the story of the Wauwatosa School District and all the excellent opportunities we have for students and their families within our school community. I am responsible for communicating our district news both internally to staff and externally to our wider community through a variety of methods. Additionally, I manage media relations, crisis communications, marketing for the district, and alumni relations. I also help manage content on our district website and our social media communication via Twitter and Facebook. Prior to joining the Wauwatosa School District, I worked in television news as an assignment manager, reporter and anchor over the course of six-and-a-half years in Nashville, TN, Lincoln, NE and at TMJ4 in Milwaukee. Following my television career, I spent three years working in sales. Nathan Marinan - Administrative Assistant
I have been a member of The Wauwatosa School District since 2012. I have had the pleasure of working at Madison Elementary, Plank Road School, Children's Hospital School, and now with The Department of Human Resources and Communications in our administrative offices here at The Fisher Building. I am proud to be a member of this wonderful educational community here in Wauwatosa.
