Like building things? Want to learn how to use a mouse trap to power a car? How about design a fast CO2 car? Well, come out and join us at ESMART club where you will have the opportunity to build and design gliders, cars, and rockets for the district competition. We meet every two weeks on Wednesdays after-school, 2:20 pm - 3:15 pm.
The goal of ESMART club is to give students opportunities to develop their engineering skills by providing students with a variety of materials where they can apply math and science to build vehicles for the district ESMART competition. Parallel to the Presidential directive of the STEM education, our focus is to help students learn the design process to improve and create vehicular prototypes that will maximize their potential for effectiveness in meeting competition guidelines.
