Being on time reduces classroom disruptions, minimizes loss of instruction, enhances positive self-esteem and promotes good work ethics. At Montvue a line up bell rings at 8:05 a.m. and is followed by an 8:10 a.m. tardy bell. At 8:10 a.m. all students are expected to be in class and ready to begin their day. If the student is not in class by 8:10 a.m., the student is considered tardy and must report to the office for a tardy slip. Failure to do this may result in the student being marked absent.
Parent Reminder: It is the responsibility of the adults to ensure that their children attend school daily and arrive on time.
